Dunkin'

I wish I liked this dunkin because its right next to my work and super convenient, but its absolutely terrible. The last 4 or 5 times they've messed up my order, which is always pretty simple. They forget flavorings, serve chunky oat milk, and give out incorrect orders. This time I got an iced tea with flavor shots and thought "surely they cant mess this up." The ice was almost completely melted and they didnt add the flavor shots. Im not gonna come back.

This is my second Sunday at this location every thing is ok but I alway order a plain bagel or everything bagel with egg n cheese n I don't get it right so please check it before u give it to the customer n ask the customer what they ordered since they transfer me to my store in Northborough I been coming here never had a issue. Staff is always kind and efficient. I order ahead and use the drive thru pick up often before work, it’s always quick and easy! Rachel goes above and beyond and is the sweetest, as is the rest of the staff! thank you Dunks team!

Was given my order and went home. WRONG ORDER. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and got home with munchkins. Woman who took my order was pleasant enough but young girl who handed it to me might want to find a job that is NOT customer facing. You’re welcome is the proper response to thank you. NOT “YUP”

This place absolutely sucks . Ordered 20 mins ahead and still wasn’t ready for pickup . No one in line when I showed up . I asked an employee if they had my order . She rudely said “yea it’s coming “ I started seeing coffee orders on the counter that were place after mine . After a few minutes she finally made my coffee and after I said thank you she ignorantly said mhmmm. Incompetent employees
