Dunkin'

I purchased breakfast 2 days in the row. Bacon egg and cheese sandwich. First day I received sausage egg and cheese , ok no big deal , next day I told them about my wrong order and wanted to again purchase a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. They apologize and gave me another sausage egg and cheese .. then added bacon .

The people here will threaten to call the police on you when they don't get the order right. I explained to them what I wanted and they got quiet for a few seconds. I said hello are you there?? They said yes repeated exactly what I said and I went to pay. They handed me my food I looked in the bag and everything wasn't there. I told them I am missing a sandwich. They argued me down and told me I need to pull around. I wasn't going to get back in a long line for a sandwich. I asked them to order here at the window and they told me no. I asked for the manager and he said the same thing. Then tried to call the cops on me. They are very unprofessional and need training in customer service and having proper manners. Their English is horrible and they don't always understand me or put down the c

Walked in ordered a hot chocolate and 2 donuts, another customer came in started calling the women working mommy the women working started saying hey daddy, this went back and forth about 5 min. He then ordered a couple diffrent coffees and donuts which he was served before I was served, as I waited for my order one of the women working noticed me pointed to me and proceeded to make my order. At this time the other customer was already getting a carrier napkins and whatever else. I then was told the blueberry donut I ordered was the last one but I had noticed a section when you first walk in with about 3 or 4 freshly made. I them was served a cup of hot milk barely tasted like chocolate so I took the top off and noticed my cup just above halfway filled. If it had not already taken 7 min to

I got hot coffee here with espresso shot done absolutely the way I like it. Ten out of ten! The chicken wrap was warmed up all the way through (some locations make it warm on the outside and freezing cold inside). Can't believe they're going to discontinue it 🥲

New building in an old location. I wanted to try them out. They are right next to Wawa and it works! You don’t have to get out your car and the wait wasn’t bad either. I tried their lemon loaf and it was scrumptious with my hot lattes. Yum!
