Dunkin'

Apparently this Dunkin doesn’t follow corporate decisions. Dunkin corporate posted that you can get a free coffee mitten with purchase of an iced drink at 10am EST (9am CST). We went at 9am CST and they refused to honor the giveaway despite us showing the post that said it was for 10 EST. They said they’re not doing it until 10 CST regardless. We wouldn’t have gotten coffee yet if we had realized that they weren’t going to follow the guidelines. Coffee is almost always good, so 1 star for the terrible service, but an extra star for good coffee.

Today I walked into my Mom's favorite donut and coffee place, after losing her. There was the sweetest gal who helped us. She saw my sadness and was so kind and pleasant. This was a very clean site, staff was beyond kind .

I normally don’t like leaving reviews like this, but when the staff doesn’t represent the company well, it needs to be addressed. My wife placed a mobile order for two turkey sausage, egg, and cheese croissants with hash browns and a coffee. When I arrived, the place was chaotic. One customer was upset about a long wait, and another was frustrated because his drink hadn’t been made yet, so his food was getting cold. When I went to the mobile order counter and asked about my order, two of the five employees working seemed completely lost. Eventually, one of them asked a woman who turned out to be the manager for help. I gave her my wife’s name, and she handed me a bag before walking off to help with other orders. They don’t update their app to show current inventory and won’t refund you when they can’t make it. Super rude about it and then they shoved my breakfast sandwiches into the smallest bag the have and let it get smushed go to any other location nearby then here

We got 2 large ice coffees that were terrible. $13.20 for burnt flavored un drinkable coffee. We go to Dunkin in Hastings and never had a problem.
