Dunkin'

I went through drive thru. The worker as me "what do you want?" Instead of welcome to dunkin how many I assist you this a.m...she was so rude. When she gave me my bag and 2 coffees she slammed the window.. idk if it's a bad morning...she needs to leave her outside problems outside and work on the other hand.. I was close to telling her off but ik my temperament...rather I thanked her and wished her a better day. Plus side my coffee was good and my mom enjoyed her coffee and donuts.! Lady smile life is short!!

This has got to be the worst Dunkin within 30 miles! They never get my food right EVER! They always forget items on top of that there is this boy there that says huh after everything you say and then when you repeat your self he can’t even remember what you said! I don’t know if the manager just hires anyone that needs a job but they all need to do better over there oh and if you need only decaf coffee don’t order it from there they just water down caffeinated coffee and give it to you I have a caffeine intolerance and that’s what they did to me this morning along with not giving me the bottled water I paid for and making my order wrong! Extreemly incompetent!!!!!!!

Walked in the door at 615 and the older woman behind the counter went "aww what the heck someone just walked through the front door". Oh... okay good morning? The younger girl and guy were nice. But the manager was snapping at people in the drive through as well. Out of the two times I've been here both interactions have been rude. Coffee shop staff are some of the first people we see during the day. Our morning interactions shouldn't be like that. Gave it 2 stars for the two people who were more pleasant. I feel bad for them they have to deal with miserable people first thing in the morning daily.

I’m doing construction pavement outside this place. Went in to just get my cup of water REFILLED and they wanted to charge me 54 cents?? He tried claiming it was the XL Cup that was as the reason for the charge but I said “can’t I just refill my Stanley cup?” And he said “no” 😭 The 3 other food establishments on Boston post rd had no problem filling my cup up especially because it ILLEGAL TO CHARGE FOR WATER!!

Don't know when they open anymore, website says 4, employee told me today maybe 5, even she didn't know. I was there 7 minutes before 5 and still had to leave empty-handed. Best time to visit, afternoon Went there again today only after 5 and the lobby was still locked. They need to be consistent on their operating hours or get employees there that want to work on time. Just keeps getting worse.
