Dunkin'

I am absolutely astounded by the lack of respect that this location’s employees have. I was going through the drive thru to order a refresher but come to find out, they were all out of the resources. So backup plan, I ordered a Matcha Latte that my boyfriend and I sat at the window for 5 minutes straight waiting for. When it eventually comes out, it is nothing but straight ice and milk. Barely any matcha. Why would it take so long to make something if it’s just two ingredients. Not even a “have a nice day.” the lady just opened the window, handed me my drink, and shut the window again. It seems like the employees need to focus more on serving and respecting their customers rather than goofing off and chatting with each other. The people were nice but the service was super slow the last two times I was there. Each time took 15-20 mins to get a coffee. The last time I went there the creamer was bad and chunky. Since it was in the drive thru for 20mins I could not waste more time to go in and get it fixed. I will probably never stop at this location again.

The help is friendly enough but there just isn't enough employees. My drink was wrong and my food was overcooked but cold. If they hire more help I think it would be a great dunkins.

The line always moves slowly, the counters are always a mess covered in milk, too many people with no clear order, clearly the manager doesn’t have a grasp on what a Dunkin’ Donuts should look like. Everybody avoids taking the front counter orders, the manger is always off the floor only coming to the front to help workers for a moment then retreats to the back leaving the floor still in shambles. The workers are never professionally dressed for work wearing street clothes including the manager.

Scam. One drink under filled, another filled to the brim with ice.
