Dunkin'

Their website CLEARLY says they deliver! It says NOTHING about having to use door dash or anything like that. I went in to possibly order some donut holes and coffee for about 20 people for Election Day tomorrow. I wanted to do something nice for my fellow pollworkers. They said they DON'T deliver! I even showed them the website! They STILL said they don't! Total BULLSHIT! I WON'T use that store EVER AGAIN! Maybe I'll take my coffee maker instead.

Loved their corn donut. Ordered the pesto cheese sandwich before, and it was juicy and delish. This time, kinda dry, not too much pesto, but it was ok. Kids who work there should be more attentive and customer service oriented. Their coffee and donuts never disappoint. I don't get why there are offers on the Dunkin App, and when u go to a Dunkin store, they don't want to honor the offers, neither want to give u the free items we earned with our points. Dunkin is almost losing me and my family as clients.

Amazing people working here. Treated me very nicely and were very kind. Unfortunately the ac is a problem. What kind of establishment makes their workers perform in this heat with no working ac? It is 96 degrees today!! Unbelievable. This should be fixed asap. Shame on dunkin for this treatment of their customers and workers.

If I could give a 0 I would !! I literally go to Duncan donuts almost everyday and spend at least $11/ day! This is the worst Duncan location I have EVERRRR BEEN TO! the service is horrible and the food is even worst! The hash browns ALWAYS taste old and on top of that today they served me FROZEN BAGEL MINI’S !!! What’s even worst is the manager didn’t even acknowledge they messed up and instead when I said something about it she started screaming at me saying “BYE MAM” at the top of her lungs (please run the footage)… In front of the employees and drive thru customers ! I am soo dissatisfied with the service I received …. NOT only were my Mini’s frozen… my hash browns were soo hard I couldn’t even eat them !!!! I purchased the most god awful sweet iced tea yesterday morning. Apparently all Dunkin’ Donuts don’t train their employees how to clean machines in between orders. It tasted like the mix of coffee and tea mixed. Suggestion train your staff, this is why your loosing customers.
