Dunkin'

I’ve been a regular customer for a while and have always had good experiences, which made today especially disappointing. A co-worker picked up our usual order, including a box of coffee. When we poured our first cups, it tasted watered down and bitter. We sent one person back to explain the issue, but they refused to replace it because we didn’t have the receipt. While I understand that keeping receipts is important, we didn’t expect to need one just to address bad coffee. What was even more frustrating was the way my co-worker was treated, as if she was unreasonable for asking about a replacement. That part was really disappointing.

Ever since the remodel the service has been terrible. Orders are wrong, there is grounds in the coffee ext. Today was my last chance for this location. I walked in and was ignored. I waited over 5 minutes and could hear voices coming from the back. I even called out and was ignored. Then as soon as I walked out whoever was there helped someone on the drive thru. I used to stop in everyday after work but not anymore. It is such a shame as this used to be my go to Dunkin.

Great size at this DD medium are like larges but at 40 and Joppafarm road medium is like regular size

Got a refersher and had to say something about cold foam not being on there they did fix it. I got a french curller donut and It was STALE and i asked for blueberry munckins and got glazdd and choclate

Normally when Tiffany is there my orders are correct. But when the girls come from joppatowne to cover the orders are never correct, they are either wrong or the orders and made missing ingredients and the service is horrible.
