Dunkin'

I’m normally not compelled to leave reviews for the Dunkins that I visit. As a frequent customer of this chain my visits are rarely memorable … that was until I was served by Heather. Heather’s energy and positivity light up the lobby. She masterfully orchestrates the experience by cheerfully taking orders, curating alternatives for items that may be sold out, and making sure each customer is satisfied. I’d compare her impact to that of a great point guard running the offense or a coxswain confidently leading their crew to row in perfect harmony. I would also like the acknowledge the rest of the staff at this location as well who were all incredibly pleasant. I think this is a good reminder that a great customer experience doesn’t need to be found in a five star restaurant, it comes down

My everything bagel had SOME things in SOME places. Definitely not everything everywhere though 🤷🏻‍♂️

The staff at this location is incredible! As soon as you walk in, the positive energy is palpable. A special shoutout to Taty, Heather, Tiarra, and Katlyn. Thank you for always making my coffee with a smile and brightening my day!

Awesome Dunkin’ the people working there are so nice !! I’ve been going to Dunkin’s for years this location is by far the best one ☝️ two thumbs up 👍

I’m normally not leave reviews for Dunkin’ but this place not good staff very rude with me I am wait for five minutes to someone take my order when she came I told her I wait for five or six minutes she said that is impossible lam asked her to check cameras but any way this not good service l don’t go to there any more
