Best Dunkin in NY. I've been many dunkins all over NY due to work. This place always makes the drinks exactly how they should taste and the employees are super nice!

Gentleman behind counter has a great personality. Very positive and professional. Coffees were made exactly like we like. To perfection. Donuts fresh and melts in your mouth. Great way to start my morning.

By far the cleanest most efficiently staffed and working Dunkin’ on Long Island. The manager and employees are genuinely friendly, the products are fresh. I honestly can’t compliment this store manager enough for what her and the staff does. It’s hard to find a business current day that generates regulars based on customer service and cleanliness the way this Dunkin’ does. I would give 6 star review if I could.

Terrible Atmosphere .. the workers act like they’re forced to be there ..it’s super weird

horrible, horrible customer service. Ordered a nitro cold brew with cold foam and was given a nitro with no cold foam. When asked why there was no cold foam they responded with "you did not order that", even though I did. I was a dunkin manager for 3 years, I know the difference between the two. They actually tried to tell me that the cold foam was apart of the nitro cold brew.... which it is not. They then proceeded to tell me that I needed to pay 50 cents extra even though i ALREADY paid for the cold foam. When I gave my drink back the barista gave me a disgusted look. I would not recommend this location to anyone especially with the rudeness of the staff in the morning.
