Dunkin'

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The store was clean and nicely organized. The food and coffee was okay. It wasn't no fault to the employees but it just doesn't have a quality taste. Can't vibe with the coffee.

I'm a driver and Dunkin' is my favorite, being that I'm from Massachusetts. I stop at several different locations daily throughout the Dayton area and this is one of the newest locations and one of the worst. My first visit was met with a lazy, uninterested staff, one with her back to the counter and on her phone After waiting and while being ignored, a gentleman finally greeted me and asked me why I was there (mobile order). Today was no different. I made a mobile order and when I walked in to pick it up there were 2 employees working. Neither greeted me or said anything for that matter. After a minute of waiting, the drive thru worker handed me my drink from the drive thru staging area (set it up for in store pick up) and didn't say a single word to me. Dunkin’ So new it isn’t in Google Maps! But it’s OPEN!!!!! 🍩☕️🧋Absolutely a wonderful spot to sit on patio and sip coffee in morning or watch sun go down in evening. Dunkin’ menu is well known. Great coffee, sweets, and sandwiches! The Staff are so new but are very eager to serve. Thank you Dunkin’. You couldn’t have picked a better spot!!!!

I have been going to Dunkin for years, and was so excited when this one came to town. Out of the 6 times I've been to this location, I have not gotten a correct order. The same lady is always working and always rude. Talking to someone else as she just pushes our food and drinks out the window. I would *almost* understand if they were busy, but we're always the only one there... And I can see why. Unfortunately today will be my last day coming to this location.

i mean. drink is not even full, mind you, it was a small matcha latte. cashier was on her phone. this place is mediocre, the staff are rude most of the time and drinks are fine.
