Staff is courteous. Not so sure about the cook on 1/28/26 @ 10:45. She seems to have taken her anger out on my hash browns squeezing them into a ball. No apology.

The management would not show her face at the window when I asked repeatedly to speak to a manager. The larger employee was disrespectful and rude when I asked for one more cream in my coffee because there machine is not correct as my coffee with 2 creams shouldn’t be as dark as it was. I’m a store manager at a different franchise and I know what coffees look like just by color been doing this for 15 years. The older lady with bangs and blonde hair at the window also super disrespectful and the older lady with the short grey hair order taking what 8am also disrespectful if you purchase a coffee because you live near by and then travel an hour to work unfortunately you “can’t come back the same day right?” So why wouldn’t it make sense to correct it the next day? I’m not going back at 6pm a

Angie Mangeon listed as Manager at the Weare NH Dunkin Donuts. Can’t find any contact info for her so am reviewing here. Walked in to guy mopping floor mid afternoon, creating a dangerous environment for walking. No rugs except for one being used by four people on the side of the entry, waiting for their orders. I slipped a couple times getting to the counter, got blocked by the guy mopping, and had to wait as he mopped and sloshed dirty water over my shoes. Thankfully it hit only the rubber bottoms and not the tops. Made it to the counter, only person there (saw just one car in the drive thru. There were two people behind the counter but they never even looked my way. The mopping guy went behind the counter and I heard them having a conversation but it didn’t include him informing them of

At this Dunkin @530 on 12/22 with my family including my 6year old son. Shout out to Addie!!! She was so professional and attentive ❤️ however she had to be with the slacker young girl and boy that were making her do everything while they goof around and flirt with each other. Not cool. They were throwing ice at each other and talking about inappropriate things. after Addie asked them for help I had to threaten them with a cup of ice down the shirt if they didn't start making my dinner. It's no wonder why people say it takes forever at this location... But a big thank you to Addie

Spent 45 minutes in the drive through, and then another 15 minutes inside because they messed up my order. Would've been quicker to drive to a better Dunkins.
