Dunkin'

I came into the store put my order in got a dozen munchkins and white milk. The guy that took my order read it back you have glazed donut and chocolate milk. That wasn't my order. So he went back packed my munchkins. . Then he told me I only got eight munchkins and we don't serve white milk anymore. So he tried to charge me for 12 munchkins still and I only received eight.. no longer serving white milk,, So I got my money back. this place is a joke. This isn't the only time it's happened to me at this place

Overall very great experience. I just ordered through the kiosk they were out of straws but the employee was very nice and refilled it right away for me. Great prices on the coffee relatively cheap compared to other places. I got a frozen vanilla latte, and my friend got an iced butter pecan latte. Both were amazing. Would highly recommend

Clean restaurant. Very well stocked. Lots of selection to choose from could have been a little bit more prompt when filling my order.

I had tried their new Dubai chocolate Sundae and OMG it was AMAZING 😍 Definitely need to try it and see for yourself!!! It's Soo good!! Haven't had Baskin-Robbins & Dunkin donuts in so long wish they were more in Northern Michigan had to go more down south like Clarkston, MI to find one. But still love it !!

There are literally 5 Dunkin Donuts within 6 miles. This one on M59 & Pontiac lake road is the worst one. They will upcharge you for every single thing they can. They fill the cups with ice, so the amount of iced coffee you get is barely half. They are the only ones who do this. They are careless, don't pay attention and I've heard so many negative comments from previous employees. Go to the one on Dixie or M59 in White lake. They don't upcharge for ANYTHING.
