Dunkin'

I was just handed a cup of cold milk, and I waited multiple minutes for it. It was supposed to be a hot chai. Pulled around, then got handed another cup of milk, warm but barely any chai. Asked again, ended up with a barely hot bad chai. Also the food here is always either cold or burnt. Dunking sucks, my expectations are low but this location is the worst. Also no sorry? Seemed like i was bothering them.

I go to this Dunkin on my way into work and I always need to leave my house earlier because you are sitting at the drive thru for at least 5 mins before an employee notices you. Some of the employees seem like young kids who don't have very nice hospitality manners. They aren't welcoming or apologetic after waiting so long. There are a few there that have been nice but those few rotten apples should not be in this business until they get an attitude adjustment.

This coffee shop takes 3 to 5 business days to make you a simple cup of coffee. I don’t know why it takes them so long to make a cup of coffee. It’s dirty and it’s poorly ran. I do not recommend coming here.

While the employees are usually all smiles and offer great service, behind it when you pull off and take a sip is a realization that they did not take an ounce of care in making your drink. Nothing I order here is ever mixed well nor the way it is when I order the same thing at other locations. They just seem very rushed. They also never have any donuts you'd want in stock which is crazy coming from a place with "donuts" in its name

So I was affected by the forest fire in Waretown, I had to go back to work yesterday and I had a super depressing shaken espresso, which was mostly oat milk (from a different location). I did not want to be disappointed today so I ordered an extra shot of espresso. Waretown does not play around, they just made the perfect coffee and made my day, I guess they noticed what I was doing and did not play around with lack of coffee. My husband may not be happy with me bouncing off the walls soon, but worth it for this delicious and perfect coffee!!!!
