⭐ 1 Star - Used to Be Great – Now Consistently Disappointing The Dunkin’ Donuts location in Volo used to be my favorite spot for a quick, reliable breakfast for myself and my coworkers. Unfortunately, over the past year, the quality and service have declined to the point where I can no longer recommend it. I’ve experienced repeated issues with mobile orders: missing or incorrect items were common. When I ordered two hash browns or Wake-Up Wraps, I often received only one. Avocado toast was frequently either missing the bacon I paid for or had bacon added when I requested it plain. The toast itself? Not toast. Usually cold, soggy, and rarely seasoned consistently. Sometimes barely any seasoning, in other cases, the seasoning was so excessive it spilled everywhere when I opened the box in

I bought a decaf coffee this afternoon at the Dunkin' Donuts in Volo. I noticed something strange about my coffee; I don't know if it was intentional or if they made a mistake, but all the coffee grounds came out. It was quite disgusting.

Asked for a chocolate frosted cake donut. Was told that Dunkin stopped making the donut. Most of the donuts are made elsewhere the day before. Stale donuts taste bad. I left without a purchase.

Placed a mobile order and walked inside, I asked the lady to leave the ice out of my medium coffee because I already had a large Americano with lots of ice, she said ok then proceeded to make the medium coffee with a half cup of ice, then the manager walked over and defended her saying “there would be an up charge for no ice, so she made the coffee with very little ice,” this is the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard. I stop here with my coworkers all the time but this is the last stop. Rude manager, guess I need to work on my español to get a better response.

Staff is always courteous and polite. Service is fast and accurate. I really love that the coffee is always hot and delicious. I personally miss the chocolate frosted cake donut 😊
