Dunkin'

We as delivery drivers need orders to be packaged more efficient when we pick them up. Putting 2 coffees in a cup holder instead of your secure delivery bags is unacceptable. We as drivers should not have to hold on to cups while driving to the customer. When we ask for a secure bag YOU MUST GIVE IT TO US. Stop being lazy.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I after multiple bad visits at Dunkin in Cornerside boulevard I have to. I go to the dunkin there almost everyday at almost the same time everyday. I usually get the same coffee everyday with the same amount of cream and syrup. Every single time it tastes different, and not in a good way. One time I ordered a medium iced caramel coffee with four cream and four caramel syrup, and it was very dark. I am pretty sure they didn’t add any cream and barely any Carmel despite the fact I ordered it. When I asked them to fix it, the worker added one pump of cream and just handed it back to me, didn’t stir it, didn’t look at my order to see what he could have done to make it better. Went in to buy 2 dozen glazed donuts at 9:15am and they didn’t have enough. Don’t go here if you need anything more than a dozen donuts. Didn’t have any chocolate glazed. Only 8 glazed and a handful of other items. Poorly stocked.

I tried ordering at the kiosk but there was no option for extra cream cheese. So, I waited at the counter. I ordered an everything bagel with extra cream cheese, an OJ, and a donut. It was pricey at almost $10, but I shrugged it off. The donut was stale, I threw it away after two bites. Then I got the bagel which looked and felt like plastic. It had almost no cream cheese. I asked for an extra side of cream cheese. The guy said I have to pay. I said I ordered it. He said he didn’t charge me. Then I said I’ll pay. They wanted $1.60 more. I threw my food in the trash and left. I wasted $10 for two bites of a stale donut, 1 bite of a terrible bagel with no cream cheese, and one sip of OJ. Total fail.

Matcha tastes like it was made with water. Ordered a JAM breakfast sandwich on a croissant it came on mushy BURNT sourdough bread. i felt like i at heat and mush. And the hash browns heavily burnt. They were 50% black. Probably should spend less time talking and entertaining daily customers and don’t job. Lastly, the facility was very dirty and there was NO rush.
