Dunkin'

I love Dunkin Donuts. Tamaqua is the closest one and I’ve been going for years. My son loves their drinks and food. Lately he’s been on a Matcha thing and I’ve noticed it’s only half full of matcha and the rest is foam. No one wants foam. I normally don’t complain but I did call them the first time and they gave me a free one and apology. Last two times I got a large iced matcha? Half foam. Please listen to your customers. Your own picture shows a half inch of foam and the drink you make is nowhere near that pic - it’s literally 5 inches of foam! Check my pics (yes, I have time. I’m old 😆) but I work hard and when I pay as much for a tea as a cocktail drink, I want tea or coffee, not foam. Please fix this. Also, when you order say no foam or light foam. I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ for YEARS!! And lately it’s been horrible!! I went there today around 5pm and I got a latte, snackin bacon and a hot coffee with cream and sugar. The coffee had NO cream and NO sugar and my snackin’ bacon was ridiculous! I paid $3.39 and got barely anything! I showed the worker and she looked and made a face and told ME to tell the other worker to put more in there. I didn’t, but I’m done with this place! Absolutely ridiculous ! The amount of money I’ve spent at this location I won’t be going back! It’s gone completely down hill!

Hello so upon arriving at this DD in Tamaqua gas station quite a few times actually I have walked up on people playing around, using vulgar language including sexual context to one another. Yesterday around 3:30pm I asked for a manager or lead and I was pointed toward someone named Tabitha, once I glanced in her direction and sat and listened to her speak for a moment I knew our conversation would go nowhere considering she was also engaged in sexual conversation being loud and just ignorant. If that’s your management Dunkin you need to get your life together and make better choices! I will be telling my family and friends as well as myself to not go back there or hometown. Thank you!

I'm 81 and went to get coffee for my granddaughter. She sent me a list of words that sounded like foreign language- iced, caramel, swirl, cold foam. The young man behind the counter helped me decode it. very polite. I got myself a donut for surviving, I think I earned it!

No flavor in my refresher it was weak. And, I think the munchkins are shrinking... Didn't have time to ask for another as I was in the drive-through for 7 minutes.
