Dunkin'

They don’t use gloves in the back while making your food and they have been stealing money from uber eats users. Don’t go to this store. It may be cheaper than Starbucks but at least Starbucks gives you your food. 25 dollars for a breakfast sandwich hashbrowns and 10 munchkins. And they didn’t even give me the food. Life tests me from time to time and I’m probably failing this one big time. But I really don’t like being robbed

The store is clean and the donuts are good, but the customer service feels cold and distant. Staff rarely make eye contact, smile, or engage with customers, and it often feels like they’re going through the motions rather than actually welcoming people. Basic courtesies, like giving a receipt or saying thank you, are inconsistent. It’s not overtly rude, but the overall experience leaves you feeling unappreciated as a customer. There’s potential here, but the store needs to work on warmth and attentiveness. A more diverse staff might help them connect with a vibrant and culturally rich community like Urbana.

Review written 01/07/2025. Blaringly loud music inside Dunkin. Literally damage to the ears level of volume. I feel bad for the employees. Also check out the photo of the queso to hashbrown ratio. Lol. Like queso is good but that much? Also it was ice cold queso not warm at all.

Couldn't understand the drive thru person and she didn't really understand English. Trying to order 2 donuts wasn't worth the hassle. It was $2.00 a piece for a donut!!!

This Dunkin is located near Carle Hospital and is a normal stop when coming for doctor's appointments. I always get a variety of 25 munchkins and a drink when I visit because their munchkins are always fresh (and I mean always, no matter what time of day). Other restaurants are hit or miss on the small donuts. When visiting Carle Hospital, it's worth a try in the area for coffee, donuts and breakfast.
