Dunkin'

so great here. here’s a picture of the iced matcha they do. pretty sweet, and mixed well (the milk, the matcha, and the sweetener they use). i’ve tried a lot of matcha in my life, and this dunkin’ does a pretty good job at rivaling some of the better ones i’ve had. can’t complain. i’m a regular here. every week, i always get a sec (sausage, egg, and cheese), and a medium iced matcha latte with which to pair, before flipping my laptop open to do some work. perfect combo, might i add. and, the environment is great for working: not too noisy, and lots of tables and OUTLETS, most importantly. can’t forget the outlets. the staff is super nice, too. service, impeccable. sec, beautifully melted with ooey gooey cheese. matcha, tasty. refreshing, even… great, great, great. super good.

Donuts dropped into the bag upside down. Big mess. Stale and disgusting plus lousy service.

The front counter male very very rude and arrogant staff who was serving me was worst n horrible person. No hello, no thank you. Nothing. Worst. Bad attitude he had. No manners. My god. I was so so disappointed with his worst zero star service. I won’t ever go back n I wish I knew his name. Even he made my coffee worst and very cold. It was hot matcha latte. He didn’t know how to make..

The same person who takes your order makes the food. Touches the food with no gloves after touching the register. All I ordered was a bagel with cream cheese & a small lite & sweet coffee but i barely got any cream cheese & the coffee taste burnt.

The workers here were very helpful especially in the morning with only two of them from what I’ve seen. They took my order and got it done very quickly and were kind. Was in and out in less than 8 mins
