Dunkin'

A really disappointing experience at the on-campus Dunkin'. The customer service was poor even though the store wasn’t busy. When I asked about a deal shown in the app, the staff simply said they were out of it without offering any help or alternatives. I ordered an iced latte, but the employees kept chatting with the next customer, who seemed like their friend, instead of focusing on orders. When the drink was ready, the other employee didn’t call out the order number and just placed it far over on their side of the counter, making it confusing to know it was mine. Overall, the service felt inattentive and unprofessional. Don’t plan to come back here anytime soon.

Usually pretty fast, which is honestly miraculous considering how long these lines can be ignore that other tard in the reviews section who was saying the workers dont speak english, I've been here so many times and the employees definitely speak english and havent gotten my order wrong out of the dozens of times i've been here. If you think they don't speak english here, walk down to subway and you'll find out what that's really like. My only real complaint is that sometimes they dont put enough sugar in my coffee but other than that this is probably one of the better dunkin locations ive been to (extra note, it does cost a little more to buy from here than most locations, not the employees fault ofc but I thought it should be noted)

The best place to get fresh coffee and start your day and they make the best matcha. They have the best coffee services! You can get your order very fast. I highly recommend going there!

Keeps getting my orders wrong. When I order on the app, they always forget my donut and I have to go to the register to ask for it. Drinks taste bland, it just feels like they're doing whatever.

They serve young kids so they segway that treatment to older adult students. I order a coffee with steamed milk and they gave me a flat coffee with hot milk in it. I brought it to their attention and they looked at me like I was causing an issue. They ended up remaking it and it was STILL flat. Do they not know how to use the froth machine behind them or are they refusing to offer me what I asked and paid for due to some deep rooted prejudice? I don’t know. Frankly, I don’t care never spending my money here.
