Dunkin'

I go into this Dunkin’s multiple times a day. I love the workers that have been there for a long time. Not crazy over some of the new ones. For the past month the air in this store has been off. It’s 100 degrees in there. The workers shouldn’t have to work under those conditions. You can’t even sit down in there because it is so hot. It’s been going on for a month now. I’m going to call the board of health this is ridiculous. You would think they would put in some portable air units until it’s fixed.

Bacon avocado toast had a minuscule amount of bacon. Bacon egg without cheese was served with cheese. When addressed, the employee simply pulled off the cheese slice and handed it back. The sandwich was still covered in melted cheese. Not to mention, it is uncomfortably hot inside. Never come here!!!

The slowest Dunkin donuts I have ever been in in my entire life , not even busy . Not more tan 2 customers in there

(2.5) I was shocked to hear that my total for a cold brew and sandwich was $15, so I asked if it was right, the lady insisted that it was because I had ordered two large cold brews. Definitely only ordered one hence my shock at a $15 total. She had already finalized the sale (used the app so pain in the ass to undo) so i said whatever and bit the $5 bullet. What got me was then she turned around and started talking shit in a different language to her coworker who kept looking at me and replying to her in another language. Repeat the order in an understandable fashion before finalizing and maybe mention a total as well instead of just staring at the customer and don't gas light them because you think you may have heard something different?

I would never give dunking donuts a 5 stars for the food. We all know it's garbage. sorry
