Very careless with making the food and mess up the drinks. I work nights, whenever I stop here even around 10pm the employees huff and puff with an attitude on the drive thru when I order food sometimes they flat out say they only have donuts and regular coffee. I think how can they be 24hrs without most of the menu. Seems like they dont like to serve customers. During the day it's a hit or miss, lately I've been driving to the Dunkin near Oxford they have much better customer service

I’ve been to this Dunkin’ Donuts several times, and unfortunately every single experience has been bad. The customer service is extremely poor: the staff is often rude, impatient, and unprofessional. On more than one occasion, they didn’t take the order correctly, and on top of that, they spoke in a harsh and disrespectful way, as if customers were an inconvenience. This is not an isolated incident — it’s a consistent pattern of bad service. It’s frustrating to come back hoping things will improve and realize that nothing ever changes. As long as the service remains like this, I do not recommend this location.

I have been going here for years and today was my first bad experience. I bought bagels with cream cheese - they were unlike any other bagels I have bought there before - they were more like bread than a bagel. The taste wasn't bad - HOWEVER, there was MOLD on the bagel. I contacted the manager, not to get a refund, but to alert her to the problem so she could check the remaining bagels. I told her the problem and she insisted it was impossible, I was mistaken and there was no way that could happen. Arguing with me and basically telling me I was lying? Very rude to me!! A manager with poor customer service skills and unable to address the problem. I have attached photos so you can see the texture of the 'bagel' and the mold.

So we went there to purchase donuts, but our main mission was having a Bible study. It was great they accepted us, we really have an awesome time, even others attend we were treated very good, we shop after we had meetings. Very spacy shop.
