Now usually my matcha is perfect today it taste like coffee. I threw away an entire medium cup of matcha. I’m actually upset!!
They need to learn how to make a matcha latte, As you can see they didn’t even mixed the matcha powder properly just a waste of my money .
I’ve been going to this Dunkin for years & I’ve experienced some questionable things. But my recent visit last week was by far the best experience I’ve ever had here. I noticed there was a new manager(Ayodeji)who was Extremely attentive & kind with every person who came in. Even the employers were on point & courteous. Hope this new order, stays the same. Also hope they will consider excepting/giving points through the app like all the other Dunkin’s I visit in the tri-state area.
Place was as quality as the photo I took. This establishment does not belong in a busy train transit center. The lines are uber-cramped, especially since there are TWO separate businesses in a space the size of Harry Potter's bedroom. Also my order got mixed up but I was betting on that as soon as I walked in. The food was hot atleast and the servers were kind, solid 2.04 stars.
Coffee was good but they don’t take their own companies app for payment? May as well rename to Joe Shmoe Coffee Shack
