There’s a reason it’s rated so low. Trust the system. Avoid this place is possible. They don’t take the Dunkin App. Not even Dunkin Gift cards. No Dunkin offers. Prices are expensive. Barista is RUDE. Barely speaks English and tell me she doesn’t understand my fluent English and makes fun of ME?? I’ve never seen this before. They had no Croissant. No bagels. Only English Muffin. I asked for a Medium coffee, they gave me a small. I didn’t even bother. And the food tasted like CARDBOARD. How can a warm hot bagel taste this bad I have no idea.
This could be a good Dunkin’ Donuts Destination at the coffee is absolutely horrible. I travel with this station quite often and I’ve purchased from this Dunkin 3 times in hopes it would be better each time but every time it seems to suck they are expensive a small ice coffee w oatmilk and a plain bagel w cream cheese $9.37 absolutely insane wouldn’t even pay that much at a New York deli or at any other dunkin that offers the meal deal But I will don’t spend another penny at this location I paid an extra 1.09 for cream cheese where’s the cream cheese!????
Everything is so goddamn expensive and not worth it in the slightest workers have horrible attitudes they don’t accept the app if I could give none I would I ordered a Apple crumb doughnut that had no Apple in it and a hot coffee that had no flavor everything was $8 just a like yet dough inside no filling
What follows is my experience with this Dunkin Donuts, told from the perspective of a donut that I was sold, walked away with, raised a concern about, and then THEY TOOK OUT OF MY BAG THAT I TOUCHED AND PLACED BACK INTO THE DONUT CASE. These people should be sited for health code violations and shut down. — I knew I wasn’t the one they wanted. You could see it in his eyes the moment he peered into that paper bag—the flicker of disappointment, the quiet betrayal. He’d dreamed of my French cousins, those delicate, ribbed darlings with their airy interiors and light glaze. Instead, there I sat: dense, humble, ridged like a humble tire of fried dough. My brother wasn’t so lucky. Gone in four bites before the truth came to light. I alone remained to bear witness. The man approached the coun
We were at the Secaucus Junction station to catch a train to MetLife Stadium, and we had a couple of hours to kill while we waited for the train. We saw that there was a Dunkin open in the concourse and decided to take a look at the menu. We got a large Tropical Guava refresher made with green tea. Service was quick and kind, and the drink was nice. I would have wanted it sweeter, but honestly, it was the perfect amount of sweetness for someone who is normal about sweetness. The drink was very refreshing and my partner and I shared it. The price was not too bad given the other prices in the store it is located in are incredibly marked up!
