Dunkin'

drove 20 minutes to get to this nearest location was turned away 10 minutes before close due to “already counted drawer” this is the second time they have been “closed” during normal business hours. they will be closed permanently before too long if they keep it up

It took them ten minutes to START brewing the coffee. People who came in after I had already ordered my coffee were served first. Service is the worst here. I definitely won’t be back. So no Dunkin from OKC to Wichita. I’ll have to remember that every time I make that drive now!!!

Very disappointed! Waited for 3 months to open. Only one breakfast sandwich available. I asked for 2 bacon croissant. Got home and they were sausage. Have to admit that it tasted great, but not was ordered. Staff is new and unorganized. Staff could not find the eggs. 3 people in line waiting on my order. I realize they are new, but advertising all these months, you would have thought they would have been better organized. I won't give up, just hope they get there act together pretty quickly or they won't make it! I love my dunkin donuts!

The staff was very kind but also they knew NOTHING. They didn’t know which donuts were which, how to put orders into the computer, or how to make drinks. It took 20 minutes just to get our order in. The breakfast sandwiches we ordered were on the burnt side, we didn’t get the donuts we ordered, and our drinks tasted terrible. Unfortunately, I doubt we will be back to this location. We understand the staff is new and it’s not their fault for not knowing, but they need to be trained or have someone who knows what they’re doing to help them. However, the gentlemen working at the truck stop side were very kind and knowledgeable and even helped the crew at Dunkin!

Their quality gets better each time we buy doughnuts there. Nice that the choices change. As others have stated, the staff are still learning. As busy as they are every time I go there, I don't think they will have any problem getting better with time.
