Dunkin'

Seems a lot of people will complain if there's a minor inconvenience, but won't leave a positive review if they have a good experience... I stopped in shortly before 6PM to grab an quick bite to eat and a coffee for the drive home. Got the $5 two wake-up wrap and iced coffee combo. The employee greeted me when I walked in, let me know in advance they were out of some items so I wouldn't get disappointed after ordering, and prepared my order quickly and handed it over with a smile. 10/10, would visit again.

It's dunkin's Donuts man. They got to do something different. I don't know. It's starting to get. Just boring I guess they should. They have to come up with some new stuff more often. I mean you're paying almost $4 for a medium coffee and that's like a gallon of gasoline. You know what I'm saying I don't know but the foods they got to get more and some other different beverages going something I don't know step it up

This dunkin is absolutely terrible. They never toast anything, you’re waiting for 10+ mins even if you ordered 30 minutes prior on the app. The workers are rude and they are super slow.

I placed an app order at 1:50 pm, a simple Macha latte and the new Sabrina Strawberry Daydream refresher and a bag of 10 chocolate munkins. Well about 10 minutes has passed and the employee asked if I was so and so. I said yes and he said there is no more strawberry and offered two options of refresher. He was out of almost everything except guava and mango. I asked before the employee made my matcha latte if all the ingredients are present. They said yes and came back 2 minutes later and tried handing me a brown matcha latter drink with floating matcha. I told them that’s not a matcha latte and they said yes it is and then proceeded to add more matcha to drink and clean up the drink that was spilled. Always out of things, staff is very unfriendly and look miserable, they don’t make your drinks right!
