Dunkin'

Walked in order 2 bacon egg and cheese nothing else. The girl charged me for 2 bacon egg and cheese and 2 hash browns which I didn’t order hash browns. I asked her why she charged me for something I didn’t order. She tells me it’s just a dollar extra. Ok it’s just a dollar but she shouldn’t be charging people extra for something they are not ordering. She also charged a guy in front of us extra and when the guy complained she just told him “it’s just a few cents more.” That’s not right!

They were the best location around for a little while but suddenly they’re throwing my items in the bag carelessly and now I’ve found a hair in my sausage egg and cheese bagel that got wrapped around my tongue ring. DISGUSTING. Hire better people or shut down.

the donuts are out all day and it tastes the way their floor cleaner smells. like bleach. Other than that it’s fine. Would advise you to do something about the donut situation though.

I went in for a coffee, keep in mind shaked n stirred it n tried it and it was just sugary and syrupy and I politely asked the lady if she can remake it for me because it never taste like that when I order it in any other location. The cashier catches an attitude with me and doesn’t even hear me out, doesn’t even apologize so at this point I’m getting irritated because the whole point of customer service is attending to the customers needs! So I just tell her to give me a refund on my card and then she’s like no, instead she takes the money out her tip jar and gives me what she thinks was the price for the coffee. At this point I’m like whatever, I felt bad because why would you take it upon urself to take it out your tips when you can simply just refund it back to my card. This location i

Went in there for a mobile order and they got my order wrong so I went back to get it fixed they started to give me attitude and went and fixed my order but the lady that fixed was grunting and tossed my food to the counter without any car in the world. And I also believe she was racist with the way she looked at me with a disgust on her face.
