Dunkin'

Not on their game this morning at the drive-thru I ordered a bacon, egg & cheese (got a ham, egg & cheese), large black tea (was handed an iced coffee first, then a small tea), a small hot chocolate (they gave us a large) and the substituted the doughnuts we ordered without telling us because they were apparently out of what we asked for. Need to do better. Follow up a few weeks later. Same morning crew. Gave me a sausage, egg & cheese again and told me that I said sausage when I pointed out their mistake. I hate sausage! There is no way I asked for sausage and the person who was with me confirmed I said bacon. I don't think I'll be going back there for a while. Time to try the location across the street at the gas station.

Trust me, go to the dunkin across the street that's attached to the Mobil gas station. Way better experience. *≈April 2023* I've come here many times before. It is a hit or miss. Sometimes the service and food is good, sometimes it is not. I just went to get a dunkin refresher and 2 egg and cheese wake-up wraps, and they handed me the refresher right away, but then they did not realize that I ordered the food as well. I mentioned that I had two wake up wraps then the person at the window seemed irritated. I then waited for over 5 minutes, where I was handed my two wake-up wraps and told that the first two were burned. Experience here was just......, not sure whats going with the management team here. It does look like other's who are reviewing this place is saying the same types of issues with customer service here, and food has been tasting old. I don't ever write reviews but had to this time. I would rather walk extra 6mins to go across street the mobil DD

My Sabrina refresher was entirely spoiled and separated and I couldn't get them to answer the phone.

The person messed up the simplest order: a large black original hot coffee. They added 4 pumpkin swl. I said BLACK COFFEE!
