Dunkin'

Every time I order from this dunkin (semi often) It is typically via DoorDash and I order bacon egg and cheese wraps, and a few other items. The same order every time. The food is typically and consistently "eh. Good enough" but sometimes its just plain bad. Today, I fed 100% of the food they sent me to my dogs. It was disgusting. I would recommend ordering from a different location if you’re able. I have never had an order from this particular Dunkin’ that tastes anywhere near as good and properly cooked as….any other location. Ever. (RE: the photos….I ordered my green tea with 1 singular Splenda. Someone had to TRY to mess this up.) the bacon was more the consistency of beef jerky and the turkey sausage was absolutely cooked in a dehydrator (?)

The WORST Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to. Not only did the drive thru take forever, but they also messed up my order not once but TWICE. The first time they messed up the order I turned in what they gave me and reiterated my order and when they returned “what I had ordered” it was again, wrong. Is it really that difficult to not mess up an everything bagel with butter and cream cheese and a black pepper croissant? The first time, we got 2 plain bagels with butter, the second time with 2 croissants with butter. If we weren’t in a hurry, I would’ve sat there and waited for them to get my order right. WORST service ever, will never go back.

This was a tough experience. The last three times we have gone we have waited much longer than other Dunkin’s and often the order is wrong and I had to go in because the drive thru line is so long. 2-3 time longer waits then the two Dunkin’s down the street. The last order was two loaded hash browns, a bagel and a coffee. The bagel tasted old and they forgot one of the hash browns. We used the mobile app to order about 5 minutes ahead and they still got the order wrong We also waited in line several minutes with 3 cars ahead and it took 8 minutes for us to finally reach the window. I hate leaving this comment but they seemed very disorganized and overwhelmed. Probably need better training and mentoring

The new management at this Dunkin’ has definitely turned some heads! I’ve been coming here for about two years, and in the past, I’ve dealt with so many problems—bad attitudes, issues with orders, and even inconsistent opening times. But lately, things feel different! For the past week, my wife and I have been stopping here every morning before work, and the improvement is clear. The biggest plus? It’s actually open on time! That was never a guarantee before, but now, it’s a reliable stop to start the day. This morning, we were greeted by a friendly and welcoming man who even made conversation about the weather while we waited for my wife to locate her card. It was such a nice change from the usual experience—and definitely better than having the window slammed in our faces! It’s refreshin

If I could zero stars it would be. Ordered mobile order 15 mins before food or drinks not even started when pulling into drive thru window. Seems like us spending money was a hassle to them and they actually had to work.. you're warming up fake egg in a microwave if you can't do that you can't do any job. Please fire all the girls.. she has the worst attudie I ever seen.
