Dunkin'

I was heading into work & was going to try something different to start my day. I haven't been to this location in forever but frequent their other locations. The cashier finished an order then stared at me while I decided how much I wanted to spend. I placed the order & my card was declined by mobile. I was confused, because I have money on the account. I double checked the app & card used, and the screen went back to default as the cashier wasn't paying attention. She reissued it & my card was declined, resulting in her giving me the blanket stare. Overall I didn't feel welcomed even though I was welcomed in, if that's possible. I'll continue to go to locations out of my way when possible.

I come to this Dunkin' occasionally I normally go to the one by Jefferson Davis every time I come to this one they never get my coffee right I can not have regular sugar and 9 time out of 10 they use regular sugar this time around I asked for a small cup of milk my other Dunkin' dose it all the time they give me the photo provided I asked for them to fill it and charge me for a small coffee for said item and they refuse like I said other Dunkin’s do it all the time my family who works at a Dunkin’ said they can very much do it they just don’t feel like it I don’t recommend this Dunkin their employees need to be taught customer service and their jobs

First time I had breakfast in this restaurant. My hibiscus tea was great. Ad well as the donut. The scrambled eggs with bacon in a croissant and hash browns were good value. Although a little grease. The atmosphere nice but not much space to seat and eat.

I have NEVER had this issue at any dunkin my my lifespan. I simply needed an accommodation because I have a dairy allergy with my frozen ice coffee. When I placed the order at the drive thru she said “sorry I can’t do that” which was odd considering I’ve done it many time at this location, dunkin donuts generally and in the app with no issue. When I went to the window to pay I asked the cashier why my drink couldn’t be made with oatmilk and she simply found the girl who was making my drink. That same women (asian with glasses) told me “we can’t change it to oatmilk because it’s an allergy to everyone else”. Which makes no sense considering dairy is an allergy for me which was why I asked for oatmilk. I also asked if they were sold out of the oatmilk and she told me no they just can’t mak

I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and had a mixed experience. The service was commendable, with the staff being friendly and attentive throughout my visit.
