Dunkin'

This is my regular dunkin, and its good! Workers are nice, be nice to them they will be nice too! I always order ahead, it is always smooth. This is the BB Station dunkin, of course its going to be busy and they handle it well from what I see. I have never had a bad iced coffee from here which is saying something!

Long queues and the sausage egg croissant I ordered was unpleasant. The croissant was hard and stiff like it’d be reheated multiple times over. Concerned about the cleanliness due to the sheer number of pigeons fluttering around. Come here only if you have no other choice like I did.

Trash, waste of calories. Beyond disappointed. Told the manager it was the saddest wake up wrap i’ve ever seen. He was kind enough to offer to make another wake up wrap but no way are you playing with my food twice.

For 2 years I have been getting my morning coffee here it’s convenient, mobile order, I’m always there right as they finish. I do this to skip the wait it’s the best. I believe this one is family owned, also for some reason their pricing is higher than other dunks but not by much. The family that runs it does an amazing job no complaints in 2 years. Up until recently.. it seems like they hired some new staff, some women speak no English, & apparently can’t read or make coffee. Ever since they hired new staff, I have to check if they put my “churro or peacan” in because most the time what I pay for & what I get are 2 different items completely. Best customer service EVER! I was rushing late to a train so I got my food but not my coffee, and a minute later one of the employees runs down with my coffee! Bless this man and I hope he gets a raise!
