Dunkin'

I use to really love this Dunkin’. But lately, I’m not sure if they’re training new staff or what, but every time I go my order is wrong. I order the same thing every time. A bacon, egg and cheese croissant with no egg add butter. I even say it slow because I know it’s a mouthful. And always something is wrong. A bagel instead of a croissant. Egg when I asked for none (I have an egg sensitivity, it irritates my stomach), two sandwiches instead of one because they thought I wanted a bacon egg and cheese bagel AND a buttered croissant, or no butter just a dry sandwhich. They never hand me a receipt so I can’t even see if it’s being wrong up correctly and no order tag on the bag either. This is my last straw because it’s the second sandwich THIS WEEK that was wrong. Clean. Great customer service. Dine in or take out. Drive through is available. Delivery services must go inside to pickup during standard business hours. Known for their bakery and breakfast items. Coffee is sold here as well. At times can be limited parking in the front.

Drive thru ladies don’t know what good customer service is, they never say thank you (even if you say thank you to them), and simply close the window in your face after running your card and handing over your food. Many other Dunkin’s to patronize so I’m likely done giving this location my money. It’s not appreciated!

I went to drive through today and got a breakfast sandwich, staff saved me a $4 mistake and made (by far) the best bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had at a drive through and wayyy better than any other Duncan I e ever been to, the bacon was so flavorful and crisp, and it was cooked perfectly!!! Delicious!! Thank you!!!!!

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin as a regular for the last year and I can tell you confidently the atmosphere, service, and most importantly my drink NEVER changes!! Which is very important to me that it tastes the same each time no matter who is making it. The manager is amazinggg and takes the time to know her customers, greet you with a smile, and ask how your day is going. It’s the perfect way to start my day each morning!
