Dunkin'

I had the sweetest lady at the drive through today (New Year’s Day 2026 at 11am). I wish I caught her name so I could give her a shoutout! She really made my day! Thank you so much for the compliment on my smile.

I go to this Dunkin daily but I’m really tired of getting raw bacon there is no option to ask for it well done on the app atleast cook it dang it’s like eating rubber

I was buying food for my family and came up to a $45 total, after waiting in the drive through and finally getting to the window to pay, I was denied service, due to only having a $50 bill. The only other bill I had on me was $100’s, the fact that I was denied service over having a $50 with a total of $45 is crazy, Dunkin’ will waste food and time over nothing apparently. You have lost me as a customer.

I rolled in here at 759 one night. I've been told by other Dunkins that they're not taking orders when I am there close to closing. This store took my order, so thanks for that. I just with they had a few late night Dunkins around here for the night shift workers.

Well we now hold the card machine out the window in the drive-thru with the leave a tip tab open as you pull up almost force you to tip a cup of coffee. Dunkin just pay ur employees more don't force patrons to add a dollar to a already 4 dollar cup of black coffee. Every F&B job isn't the same.
