Dunkin'

Best Dunkin in the area.(7 months ago) Edited for today, 5/3/23 I have given this Dunkin' donuts several opportunities to make a coffee as ordered since originally posting that this was the best one in the area, and honestly meaning it... Unfortunately, almost every time the drink is wrong or there are grounds in my drink; coffee isn't supposed to be chewy. Especially an espresso drink at that... Staff is no longer friendly and the area is no longer as clean as it once was.

I placed a mobile order for walk-in. I went over and grabbed my donut & drink. Then I waited for my sandwich. A female worker placed a bag down in the pickup area....name label facing her. I went to grab the bag to check the name & she rudely told me "no it's for someone else" It indeed was NOT for someone else. It was my sandwich. For one don't place a bag down in the pickup area with the name facing the worker. And two don't assume the food isn't mine just because my husband's name is on the bag (dunks account is in his name) She should at least pretend she likes her job. If it wasn't for us customers, she wouldn't have one

Great ppl great service but food always sucks and nothing for options anymore.

I feel silly writing a review for a dunkins, but this Dunkins is the best one in the area. They always get my drink order correct and the food I get sometimes is always hot and delicious so I will literally go out of my way to go here every morning for my coffee even though I have a dunkins 2 seconds down the road from me.

I picked up an online order for a friend through the drive-thru on the 31st on my way into work. There were two women I could hear, one was soft spoken and a louder one, the louder one said “one moment please,” while the other asked “can I help you,” but I thought she was at the counter asking another customer because she was so quiet so I waited. The soft spoken said it again so I began to greet her but then the louder woman cut me off and said “I said one moment,” I waited some more and the soft spoken girl asked again but I stayed quiet because I wasn’t trying to get more attitude over a misunderstanding. The soft spoken girl then said, “can.. I .. help.. you..drive thru” very loud over the mic. I was going to order something for myself through the drive thru but she didn’t give me time
