Really nice employees. Went to this dunkin right after a really bad snow storm thinking it was probably closed but they were open, Maria and another guy I'm not sure his name were really nice and I can't believe they made it there during the storm
They can't make make food or drinks at this location and their attitude is terrible At the drive through, Very Unpleasant, Unprofessional , Rude will NOT BE RETURNING
This is my favorite dunkin by far. I literally go every morning and Emma and Maria are the best here! They are quick and personable and I’ve never had any issues.
I went to the store this morning. I believe the Store Number is 346746, right by the Skylands Ice Skating Rink. I have never walked into a more dysfunctional store. First off, prioritizing mobile orders over customers that come into your store is something that has to be reviewed and changed. I can't wait until automation makes this store more efficient. Follow me on this journey of incompetence. I walked into the store, there are two guys in line, and two customers waiting for their mobile orders. The two people waiting for their mobile orders get served and they leave. Us three at the counter place our orders and pay. In the meantime, two more mobile orders walked in and got their food and drink. The three of us start looking at our watches and make remarks that this is taking far too lo
I have gone pretty regularly for a year now on my way to work and it's great. the staff are all incredibly kind, I've NEVER gotten an incorrect order and they're super fast. I live like 2 minutes away and I just put my mobile order in as I walk out the door and it's done and ready for me when I walk in. not bluffing when I say this is the best Dunkin I've gone to
