Dunkin'

I’m a regular customer who comes in early mornings and usually orders the same items. Over the past month, my order has been incorrect more often than not—missing drinks or items, which I’ve generally let go because mistakes happen. Today was the breaking point. I ordered a large latte and was given a large black coffee with foam. I’ve ordered this before and know what it should look and taste like, and this wasn’t it. Being prompted to tip before receiving service makes consistency especially important. When the order is frequently wrong, it undermines that experience and the trust that comes with being a repeat customer. At this point, I’ll be going to another location.

I love this place so much bro, the workers here are so nice!!! Also they should make a frozen coconut drink (aka pina cõlada non alcoholic.)

espresso was so burnt it stained me and my friends tongue (we got it iced) we literally threw it out and got coffee at a different shop. my ultimate bacon jam breakfast sandwich came on untoasted bread instead of a croissant and had no bacon jam?? the whole reason i went was for bacon jam. if i was a witch id curse this joint.
