Dunkin'

Shout-out to the wonderful woman in the drive-through today! She was so sweet and thoughtful with my kid, and it completely made our day. Excellent customer service like that doesn’t go unnoticed!

I never write reviews but this Dunkin isn’t just bad sometimes, but consistently. The thing that put me over the edge is that I ordered a decaf (for health reasons) iced coffee and I ordered it on the app and clicked walked in. Thank god I walked in because I watched her make it and she was about to put regular coffee and when I corrected her, she seemed shocked and then said “oh sorry we don’t have decaf right now.” I have ended up in the hospital because I drank regular coffee, and their complete disrespect for details is appalling. Will never go again.

Usually this place is fairly run of the mill alright for a Dunkin, but came in today for breakfast and it’s 25 minutes past opening and there’s nobody even here and it’s still locked and closed. Other workers in this building said they sometimes just show up late because they can.

No wonder there are so many bad reviews!! Save yourself and go to Tim Hortons down the street! This Dunkin has no selection and everything is stale. The guy working is rude and slow. He said they just don't make most of the items on the menu. No good qualities about this location at all. Why Dunkin allows their name on this place is a mystery.

Do your self a favor and just go to the one on mound Turn right on 19 mile, go down to mound and turn right and get in the left hand lane, pull in at the light going into Walmart Worth it They never have anything 2 kinds of munchkins, run out of the mixing for the special drinks, never have donuts
