Dunkin'

I ordered a medium caramel iced latte with two pumps of sugar free vanilla with oat milk and splenda, and whenever i got it, it was completely wrong and undrinkable. Mind you I got home that night at 2am from traveling and had to go to the school the next day. I couldn’t turn around because i would have been late to school. Instead of my original order they gave me a- medium iced DECAF latte, 3 caramel swl, 2 vanilla shots, 3 splenda, and oat milk. I have being coming to this location for years but the experience has ruined that.

The Dunkins app sent me 2 miles AWAY from the actual location - sending me farther from the highway than I wanted to be... just to have to turn around. The entire time I was looking for a clear sign for Dunkins, which I never did find. But that's why there's a 3 review. The Dunkins building blends in with the carwash next to it and there was no clear awning or sign post to say "HEY, DUNKINS IS TUCKED RIGHT HERE."

I've been visiting this location for a while. Recently, they have decided to add a tip option on the drive thru checkout as they stand there and stare at you. Not cool and no tip should be needed for something like that. I pay $5 for a coffee that I drove myself to your establishment to get...I dont owe anyone a tip. I'll be back if the tip stuff stops. Until then, no thanks.

Customer service is on point, ordered white chocolate toasted latte made with oat milk was made with love. Thank you for a great start to my morning👍💖

This is Dunkin go, this closes 8:30PM and we visited this Monday around 7:55 PM and we have ordered donuts and avocado toast. Donuts were not fresh and avocado toast served without toast, when I asked them to toast they said they are cleaning and don’t do toast. When I asked them to give receipt they said their printer is not working. I think they are selling some unauthorized food. We first ordered hash browns but they said they were closing and cleaning the shop and don’t serve. I suggest not to visit this unhygienic place and non friendly staff.
