Fast. Easy. Only a couple of high seats. Seats are hard. Clean. Food as expected for a Dunkin. Fairly typical.
The staff don’t know how to make the coffee based on what I ordered. They are not trained at all and very rude. If you don’t want to work then don’t work.
I traveled from Plymouth, MA to visit my son that was being seen at the ER today and wanted to get something from Dunkin Dounuts on the 4th floor. When I approached the black african american young lady to make my order I had a few questions about the cold coffee's that were on sale starting from 2:00 PM til 6:00 PM there was another young lady there which I believe she was latin she was soooooo RUDE!!. I told her to her face and she answered me back. What a RUDE person she is. People like her should not work with the public. If she can not work with people she should seek other avenues. Period!!

I'm disabled and ordered online and when I got to the store they didn't have some of the items I already paid for and the items were more than the substitutes and I didn't have this experience the previous time I was at this establishment, which really disappointed me because I know this establishment has excellent service
