Food wasn’t the problem it was the service. I hate leaving bad reviews I’m not a picky guy but when you make me feel like I’m bothering you and I’m the one paying for the service that’s a problem. The customer isn’t always right but they should be respected when he’s bringing you business and being respectful to you. I love DD’s food but it’s starting to feel like the people running it only care about the money.
This Dunkin location in Springfield on Baltimore Pike has very professional staff members that are fast giving out food to their customers. Keep up the good work 👍
Sad detail aroused about this store. Sat 1/10/2026 we walked in at 5:12pm and they were putting out the trash and my wife ask the gentleman to please wash his hands after dealing with the trash. He said I will but wanted to help us first. He got mad felt he didn't have to and we left.
This is my go to dunkin but this is just pathetic honestly, do better
Super good customer service, I loved the quiet atmosphere.
