Dunkin'

Literally when they hire new people they must not check what they do because I got a drink that wasn’t at all what it was supposed to be. Maybe just coffee with chai stuff in it and it was cold. The new black girl that works there should not be doing anything unsupervised. Or they’ll put like one or two of your things to the side and “forget” to give it to you until you come in to remind them. I don’t know how every DD around is great aside from this one.

This Dunkin is terrible and I’m not sure why corp hasn’t done a complete overhaul of the staff and management. Waiting 20 minutes for a coffee and hash browns. The staff does not speak to you kindly either especially when they forget to make your order or give it to the wrong person. Absolutely terrible.

How are 3 sixteen year olds the only ones running that filthy Dunkin’ Donuts. Poor kids got no idea what to even do. She brought me back the sorriest excuse for black cold brew How do you mess up cold brew?!

Never have I experienced service like this! This morning I visited this dunkin to get food and a refresher for me and my sister. I get to the window and they are out of both mango pineapple and strawberry dragonfruit refreshers, which is what my sister and I were planning to order. How could a dunkin be out of both of the most popular refreshers? Then, I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting for my order. I get to the window to pay and still my order was not even made yet. This is a drive thru, I shouldn’t be waiting for 25 minutes for my food to be done. In addition to that, the older woman working at the window was very rude. All of this terrible service caused me to be late to work. It’s a drive thru! No one should ever have to experience a drive thru like this! Someone needs

Holy crap, never coming back. I actually think I was scammed by the girl at the register. I asked for an espresso over ice, that I've gotten from probably 50 different Dunkins without a problem, so much so that I know the exact price. For some reason, my drink was 1.06 more expensive than usual. After she handed me my drink, another guy was there and I asked for my receipt. I heard her tell him, she already threw it away and to print another one. I started to drive away and saw that I was charged an extra $1 for "cup of water". So now I went inside. I was again ignored by the girl so I had to get her attention. I told her that she overcharged me and that I didn't get a cup of water.
