Ordered online for pick up in store took me 10 mins to get there waited another 25 mins to actually get my food 25 mins for a sandwich with one half slices of bacon and cheese that's not even melted but they drive threw was getting there orders on time makes scene

I used to love coming here and getting coffee before working with clients all day. The staff was friendly and got my order right every single time. But for some reason, there seemed to be a turnover and now the employees are rude and inattentive to the customers needs. There is a lady named Nicole who now works there who's attitude is snarky and sassy for no reason . Not only did she not pay attention to my order, but seemed not to care about doing so. As a result, I was almost late to my appointment, leaving there with a bitter taste in my mouth. I didnt want to make a big stink about it at the moment but this wasn't the first time this happened. She also doesn't say hello or goodbye. She almost seems indifferent about the fact that she works there, almost as if she was having a bad morni

The munchkins were extremely stale. There was so little jelly in the jelly donut holes, I thought they were glazed. Completely put me off Dunkin Donuts for the trip.

I love this Dunkin’ Donuts! Every visit is a great experience. Rabina is amazing she’s super nice and friendly – she knows my order and always makes it just the way I like it! Sometimes, I even spend a few hours studying here; it’s such a nice spot!
