Dunkin'

This is for sure a contender for worst dunkin in the country. We've lived here for 2 years and i think they've gotten our order correct once. There's either something missing, or something made incorrectly. There are 2 or 3 staff members that are personable. The test clearly don't want to be there of care about doing their job correctly. My compliments to the very nice young lady who graciously took the time to point me in the right direction to the Franklin Town Hall. Not often do I encounter those willing to extend a helping hand to others.

I’m writing this as a fellow Dunkin employee. I have never seen such unprofessionalism from a Dunkin, my friend and I have been coming to this Dunkin for months and each time we have a negative experience with the staff. I feel like the guy at the window purposely squeezed my drink so some would go into my hand. I never write bad reviews, this has just been a recurring problem every single time I visit.
