absolutely the worst dunkin donuts location i have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. i used to come here with my toddler because she likes their hash browns. however the staff here are completely incompetent. the last time we were there, we occupied a table and had clearly left drinks and food on the table, as well as two of my daughter’s toys on the table to indicate it was occupied while we were waiting on line to order more food. during this time, another customer had told an employee to clear the table. this customer was clearly wrong to begin with, but the employee went ahead and THREW OUT all of our food, drinks, and even my DAUGHTER’S TOYS in the trash. completely unprofessional. i made the employee retrieve the toys from the garbage and clean them, which was the least th

Incredibly rude and lazy workers. refused to cut and butter my bagel twist (most locations will do it, plus this location cuts and butters regular bagels so what’s the difference??) and when I insisted they at LEAST cut it, the spiteful lady literally cut it down the middle vertically (not in half like it usually should be) with a butter knife instead of a bread knife. They also only gave one tiny pack of butter for the entire thing, and when I asked for another pack the cheapskate workers tried to tell me it’s 50 cents… FOR ONE TINY PACKET OF BUTTER? Omg just ridiculous, please save your money and don’t even go here. Waste of time

This may have been one of the worst services I’ve ever received. I was there for 15 minutes. They made my drink four times. It was still incorrect when I asked them to rectify it by either making it a larger size or providing a donut, etc. they refused even the manager. After spending five dollars on a small coffee. It was still incorrect and a waste of time. And I knew it was incorrect because my friend got the same exact thing they looked and tasted completely different

My choice for a hot large latte and the occasional breakfast sandwich. Unfortunately, they thought that their customers would miss the cost-saving measures. The offerings beyond the coffee are significantly smaller, while the price is the same or slightly higher.

Not the best choice for Dunkin although a percentage of the time they are nice, orders are accurate. I asked to use the restroom & was told both were broken down. (was not kind w/response) Then I asked to purchase croissants and he could not understand me- just left at that point. Please do not work in service positions if you do not like waiting on people. not returning.
