Dunkin'

I had a great experience at my local Dunkin’ Donuts! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and quick service. The staff was patient, attentive, and made sure my order was exactly right. Even during a busy rush, they kept things moving efficiently without sacrificing quality. My coffee was fresh and perfectly made, and the donuts tasted soft and delicious. The store itself was clean and well-organized, which made the visit even more enjoyable. It’s always nice to find a spot where the team clearly cares about customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back for my morning coffee fix! The new manager has everything running like a well oiled machine. She goes above and beyond to make things quick and courteous.

this morning i went here and literally the woman with the blonde hair in a bun who needs her roots done had a horrible attitude and then she burnt everyones croissants it was the worst sandwich i’ve ever eaten in my whole life and the whole entire store smelled like burnt bread. we also sat there and waited for our food for so long, my friend even had to ask for his donuts, (you shouldn’t have to wait for your donuts you should get them at the counter when you order) maybe the owner and management should take a class on how to run a dunkin or just come visit gloucester because this would never happen here. do better

Went in, place was dirty, ESPECIALLY the bathroom. Like should be shutdown dirty. How clean you think the food area is??? Visit from May....I can't add the photos, only allowed 2 months back on here. Disgusting sink, toilet, floor. Rubber cleaning glove on the floor, for instance.

For nearly 10 minutes there was nobody in this store. Myself and another patron shouted out towards the back of the store but there were no employees to be seen. I came back 15 minutes later and when I told the employees that the store had been empty one was completely distracted and simply didn't respond while the other looked aloof and said he was on break. Whoever the owner is of this store needs quickly to invest in training his staff. Anyone could have stolen property from this location and its clear the staff don't care.

Person just sat on their phone, didn't even look up when I got there. I had ordered through the app. I had enough time to use the bathroom, and stand around. Once I noticed the person just sitting, hidden, I mentioned about my order. They didn't even start on it. No one else was in there besides me, and two workers. Just give up on dunkins
