The young kid that works in there his name is Preston took good care of us did not wait long in line definitely coming back and telling the rest of my family. This kid deserves a raise.

Depending on which location you go to is the quality a lot of times getting the temperatures correct on the coffee is a problem so there's a very bitter burnt taste most of the time if you get the $6 meal or the fight it was $5 the bread is no bagel whatever you choose is overcooked and the hash browns are undercooked. There's no happy medium you either get way too much sugar or it tastes like you have none at all in your coffee I blame that on those machines they're using. I didn't realize it until one day the machine wasn't working so they had to use sugar the old-fashioned way and the coffee was actually still too hot but really good without specific addresses I can't give specific details but I will say between Harwich Dennis and Yarmouth the coffee tends to be too hot

I have been in the drive thru line for 20 minutes so far and I still haven’t reached the ordering speaker. This is a common occurrence. If I didn’t place an order ahead mobile order, I would leave.

slay music. slay food. slay employees. give the employees a raise for real. my group of friends came on new year’s eve and there were two employees working both the drive through and the store. they were so kind, so efficient, and all the food was fire. best dunkin ever fr.

This is my favorite Dunkin to go to in my area, but i can't keep going back when they mess it up i feel so embarrassed. It makes me feel so horrible, but I can't eat this. I can't eat that warm cream cheese already on the bagel. I wanted it on the side. I just wanted to do it myself. Now I have a soggy, bagel and warm cream cheese and it's gross i just said one everything bagel with two cream cheeses and I was given 2 everything bagels, smothered in cream cheese when originally I ordered the croissant stuffer and I was fine. Just switching it to a bagel, I just don't know how i'm supposed to keep going back in.I have stuff to do with my day.I need to eat and I can't eat this.
