Dunkin'

I always like to go to the drive thru and get a hot cup of coffee and a few doughnuts to take home and eat with the family. So fresh and delicious no matter what time it is or what day it is. I have never bought anything there that was stale or old,just soft and fresh.

The drink is amazing, and the service was spectacular. But the atmosphere was okay, they didn't have much decorations for Christmas

Low score specifically because there tea taste like swimming pool water and sweet tea with liquid sugar added to it should be almost too sweet nope jest bleachy goodness do better.

I’m here to make a complaint because you can’t remove a google review! You may be able to be rude and nasty to me in person but I’m here to tell ya this location is some of the worst customer service I’ve had here in Somerset,KY! I went through drive through and got an iced coffee like I always do for many years now. They proceeded to try and give me the coffee that didn’t look right so I told the girl at the window it’s not right so she proceeded to argue with me! I asked if she was a manager and she said I needed to leave over and over again! . So I went in and tried talking to the manager and she was not any better ! I proceeded to tell her I’ve been a valued customer For many many years and in customer service you’d think she would have a better attitude but no I was entirely wrong!. W

one of the better dunkins I've been to so many of them that burn my orders and water down my coffee but this dining is by far my best one
