This location really needs to do a better job supporting its workers, because it's unfair making their employees come in during this weather when deliveries couldn’t even come. The donut case was empty! Jo always gets my order right whenever I come, but forcing staff to work in this weather is not the behavior you expect from good management.

Fast service. The fine dining establishments on this property should take some lessons.

Went to order a green tea and a coffee at 7:37 on Tuesday the 22nd. The doors were locked with a note saying the shop was closed but would reopen soon. We went across to Jersey Mike's and ordered our sandwiches. While sitting eating the sandwiches we noticed someone opening the doors. When we asked for the green tea, we were told there wasn't any hot water for the tea. We could have ice tea. We didn't get anything. We usually get the coffee and tea while we are at Jersey Mike's with no problem, but this time we were disappointed.

No hot food One person Not welcoming Out of most stuff by 10am Worker rude because only one person taking and making orders

Lack of Respect for Customer ! Over charged $35.91 for $3 muffin. Told only the owner is allowed to correct mistake. 1 hour to fix ,then told toooo busy, Had to wait till next day for funds too be returned. Told busy running other stores.
