Dunkin'

It's a new Dunkin Day in Princeton. I'm guessing that it's new ownership or new management, or both. The interior has been renovated with fresh paint and new attractive and comfortable seating. And it is CLEAN! Even the bathrooms are clean! You actually want to sit and enjoy your coffee and donut or egg sandwich. By the way, my Turkey Bacon, Egg and Cheese on a Croissant was Delish. On a recent Sunday, the store staff, (especially the young woman), were very friendly and helpful and actually seemed to be enjoying their work. So, bottom line: if this place has turned you off (as it did me), give 'em a second chance now. A few weeks later, I went back to have breakfast again. This place is horrible. The customer service is awful and most concerning the food is old. The donuts & bagels are stale and hard the location seems dirty. Very disappointing don’t get your coffee here either

We had a very disappointing experience with the delivery service at this location. We placed an order for three dozen donuts for our son’s birthday party, but only one dozen was delivered. When we contacted the store, we were told the driver couldn’t find our address — which makes no sense, since he clearly found it well enough to deliver one dozen. This explanation is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of accountability. The mistake caused unnecessary stress on an important day for our family. We hope the store seriously improves its delivery process and communication going forward.

The service was really poor. The staff couldn’t hear us clearly and brought us the wrong food. We ordered glazed chocolate, but instead received just glazed. We were certain we were loud enough! We noticed the mistake within a second but were told we couldn’t exchange it. Is it our responsibility to check if the food is correct or not right away??! Finally, we had to buy a new one and donate the incorrect one. We won’t be returning to this store.
