*Not Recommend* **Service Could have been much better** *Coffee was Hot* *Vanilla Cream Donuts Were all Smashed* We were disappointed when we tried to order hot butter cookie coffee and they told us they only have the cold brew and no cold hot brew like they were annoyed that we even asked (being sarcastic, that's not very professional to make fun of customers) we've had the hot cookie butter coffee at other dunkin stores. We ordered the Moch Mint hot coffee and it was disgusting, not sweet at all, we also ordered a large original hot coffee triple cream & triple sugar, well the cream was there however there was no sugar. We ask why were all the Vanilla cream Donuts Smashed like someone sat on them or just squeezed them in their hands the staff member replied "that's just how they came off
Their dounuts are amazingly good and so are the drinks plus they have never been rude or anything like that
Constantly get app orders wrong. Frozen coffee I got from them tasted terrible (almost like a cleaning solution). Employees generally don't have any idea what's going on especially if there are numerous customers. Coffee rolls are abnormally small and when I mentioned that to them they replied "we don't make them here" Highly suggest going to a different Dunkin' if possible.
As of 3/2/26 the place is currently under a massive renovation & not open! Hopefully the service is better when they reopen
The lady with the white hijab working with the tall man today at 1 pm was so rude and messed up I went to order a day dream refresher with my husband and she gets mad at me that she ends up just making the lemonade she’s like well I asked you lemonade or green tea so u should have known first off I don’t work here how am I supposed to know I just told you what I wanted she rolls her eyes and says I made the drink at the end I get it now I’m getting ignored by the male I just wanted some ice he completely ignored me after I said excuse me he walks away she comes u want ice u pay 27 cents for it and I’m like oh never mind I didnt think I would have to pay for ice missing in my cup but ok I guess she ended up making me cry bc of her rudeness I told her she is extremely rude and her attitude i
