Dunkin'

I have never before been so intentionally ignored at a counter in my life. When I walked a bit befor 7:00a.m. in there was nobody in line at the counter, I walkes up as the only person in line in a clear line of sight of the 3 people working behind the counter. They had a busy drive through and it appeared that they also had some mobile app slips to fill, so I was patient and attempted to be understanding. I watched as they made 5 or 6 coffees with whipped cream and drizzle to fill the mobile slips that were on the counter in front of me as well as several for tge drive through. I only started to become a bit annoyed when I started to see new mobile slips being printed and placed down on the counter in front of me and they were filling those orders before even looking at me. Timeliness and order accuracy were perfect! My only complaint was that my box of donuts was packaged upside down🤣 no complaints on the food itself!

My iced coffee had some sort of froth sitting on the top which is never happened before in the years of drinking iced coffee. It was still there after hours which doesn't happen even if you have cold foam so I'm not sure what this was! I forgot about this when I went today and sat in the line for 15 minutes without it moving at the drive-thru and I just left because I had to get to work. Boycotting this locating in the future!! Just WOW

It seems that this Dunkins is very slow a lot of the time. The staff are nice, but I think the management under staff's. I use the drive thru mostly. I go inside to buy coffee occasionally.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. I GAVE MY ORDER TWICE, STILL CAME HOME TO AN INCORRECT ORDER ON ALL OF MY ITEMS!! THEY DO NOT LISTEN, RUSH MORE THAN USUAL SPEED FOR FAST FOOD, AND CLEARLY DONT WANT TO EVEN DO A DECENT JOB. I WILL DRIVE TO A DUNKINS IN FRANCE BEFORE GOING THERE AGAIN.
